Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rently.pro platform ("Service"), operated by Rently.pro ("we", "us", or "our"), a business established in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is a business-to-business (B2B) platform intended for property owners, chalet operators, and property management companies. You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Description of Service

Rently.pro provides property management software including portfolio management, channel distribution integrations (such as Airbnb and Gathern), booking management, and financial reporting tools. The Service is currently offered in early access and may not be fully available for self-serve registration.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep such information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose under Saudi Arabian law or applicable regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and payment providers. Your use of such integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or actions.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions, when available, will be billed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) through approved payment gateways such as Moyasar. Pricing, plan limits, and billing cycles will be disclosed at the time of purchase. All fees are exclusive of applicable VAT unless stated otherwise, in accordance with ZATCA regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials comprising the Service are owned by Rently.pro or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and international treaties. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription term.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process personal data in accordance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and applicable implementing regulations.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information and not disclose it except as required by law or with prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" during the early access period. To the maximum extent permitted under Saudi Arabian law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Rently.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rently.pro from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or if required by law or regulatory authority. You may terminate your account in accordance with procedures we provide. Provisions that by nature should survive termination shall survive.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless the parties agree to alternative dispute resolution under applicable Saudi regulations.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
